Emmanuel Lubanzadio is a seasoned public policy and government affairs professional with over 10 years experience working across Africa, Europe, and the United States. He is fluent in English, French, German, and Lingala. At Twitter, Emmanuel was the Head of Public Policy & Government Affairs for Africa, where he led the company's government engagement efforts across the continent.

He advocated and represented Twitter's policy positions in Africa on a range of issues, including digital literacy, connectivity, online safety, and intellectual property. In addition, Emmanuel led Twitter's Policy Strategy for the company’s market entry into Africa and successfully negotiated with governments. Emmanuel is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing Public Policy and Government Affairs initiatives.
